Rflect Is Now an Official HSG Startup

We’re proud to share that Rflect has been awarded the official HSG Startup Label by the University of St.Gallen.

The HSG Startup Label recognizes ventures with a verified connection to the university that demonstrate innovation, a solid business model and entrepreneurial potential. With over 170 labeled startups and spin-offs that have collectively created thousands of jobs, Rflect now joins a community of builders that have come out of one of Europe’s most entrepreneurial universities. The label also connects us to HSG’s broader ecosystem of mentorship, networking and founder support, which we’re excited to tap into as we grow.

For us, this recognition is personal. Our CEO Niels studied at HSG, where he developed the entrepreneurial thinking and skills that eventually led to founding Rflect. Going from HSG student to HSG-labeled startup is a full-circle moment for the whole team.

And we’re doubly delighted. HSG is one of our pioneering customers, giving us the chance to prove that students can meaningfully develop human skills with support from our tool. Now, as a recognized HSG Startup, we look forward to deepening that partnership and ensuring the next generation of HSG students benefits from what we’re building.

Being listed among the HSG Spin-Offs and Startups is both a recognition of where we’ve come from and a signal of where we’re headed.
