We are Growing: Join Rflect as Head of Sales
Over the past two years, Rflect has come a long way. What started as a bold idea, to put inner development at the heart of higher education, has now become a fast-growing reality. Today, more than 35 universities and 150 programs use Rflect to bring reflection, personal growth, and future skills into their core curricula. Over 3,000 students have already been part of this journey, and we’re only getting started.
As we prepare for the next stage, we’re expanding our team. We’re looking for someone who shares our ambition and sense of purpose: a Head of Sales in EdTech (…Not What You Expect…).
This role is about much more than hitting numbers. It’s about co-creating the sales strategy, building trust with universities, improving our product and shaping the future of education together.
